We are pleased to announce that the Virginia Access to Justice Commission has named McCandlish Lillard Principal Douglas J. Sanderson to the 2026 “Pro Bono Service Honor Roll” in recognition of his pro bono service contributions for the 2024-2025 bar year.
The Virginia Access to Justice Commission (VAJC) recognizes attorneys annually for exceptional pro bono service, highlighting those who contribute 40+ hours of service to underserved Virginians. Honorees are recognized in Virginia Lawyer magazine and at the Virginia State Bar (VSB) Annual Meeting.
