Eric J. Berghold

Principal

Prior to his retirement, Eric J. Berghold was a principal in the Litigation Group of McCandlish Lillard. He has extensive trial experience in the courts of Northern Virginia, including the federal court, and appeared frequently before the Workersโ€™ Compensation Commission. Mr. Bergholdโ€™s appellate experience includes arguments before both the Supreme Court of Virginia and the Court of Appeals of Virginia. Ericโ€™s practice focused primarily on commercial litigation and workersโ€™ compensation, and includes tort liability and landlord/tenant.
